Benedict is Swiss Champion – and World No. 1!
What an incredible year for our Benedict!
At the Swiss Championship, Benedict secured the Swiss Champion title in the G4D category. With outstanding performances, he came out on top of the competition and can now proudly call himself Swiss Champion. Congratulations on this fantastic achievement!
But that’s not all: Thanks to his sensational performances this year, Benedict is currently ranked No. 1 in the world in the WR4GD Stableford Ranking!

Dutch Disabled Open 2026
This year's Dutch Disabled Open welcomed more than 70 golfers from numerous countries. Switzerland was represented by Daniel Landolt, Emmanuel Berset, and Sjef Meeuwsen.
The tournament was excellently organised and played in perfect weather. Daniel Landolt achieved an outstanding 5th place with two strong rounds, while Emmanuel Berset also delivered a solid performance representing Switzerland.
Unfortunately, Sjef Meeuwsen had to withdraw after eleven holes due to the effects of his brain injury and later shoulder and back pain. Despite this, he praised the event:
It was a wonderful tournament, exceptionally well organised, and definitely worth returning to next year."
Congratulations to all the Swiss players for representing Swiss ParaGolf so well on the international stage.

Patrick Rosenast Honoured at the Swiss Golf Celebration Night
At this year’s Swiss Golf Celebration Night at the Bellevue Palace in Bern, Patrick Rosenast was honoured for his outstanding commitment to para golf. With the Swiss Golf Prize, Swiss Golf recognised not only his sporting achievements, but above all his tireless efforts to increase visibility and support the development of para golf in Switzerland.

What a fantastic achievement! Patrick Rosenast successfully defends his title as European Champion in Disabled Golf in the category Stroke Play Net. Two outstanding rounds at Paulters Golf Club in England secured him the title.
